- Charge Rent Thru is defaulted to the day before the next rent is due.
- If you change this date, the Prorated Rent will be calculated based on the date you enter unless you override it.
- If the Tenant has a balance due, the Late Charges will be calculated unless you override it.
- There was no way to dismiss the keyboard
so you could see the Balance or Refund Due before saving, so I made
it dismiss 3 seconds after any activity on the Charge Rent Thru
field. You don't have to change the date, just move the wheel
a little.
